I'm Khristina, an international yoga teacher, retreat leader, sound and reiki healer originally from Dallas, Texas; now embracing the beauty of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. I offer online and in person yoga classes, reiki sessions, sound healing experiences and one-on-one sessions...all rooted in compassion and heartfelt intention. I created Lifestyle with Khristina as a community that can serve as a space for self care, healing and living a happy, healthy life.
